Malgorzata Gajdziewska (also known as Gosia[ Gosha ])- is a Polish trumpet player and composer. She was born in Trzebiatow (Poland) and grown up in Szczecin (Poland). There she started her music education- classical trumpet in the Public Music School with prof. B.Rymaszewski, jazz in Szczecin School of Contemporary Music (with prof. A.Majewski) while also obtaining a Master´s degree in Computer Science and Management at the University of Szczecin.
Gosia went on to continue her jazz education at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (Austria) with prof. E. Holnthaner, Royal College of Music Stockholm (Sweden) with prof. C. Olanderssohn and at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg (Germany) with prof. C. Stötter and prof. S.Meinberg.
Both as a trumpet player and as a composer she has cooperated with many prominent musicians and groups, such as: Szczecin Symphony Orchestra, Ladies First Symphony Orchestra, Ladies Feeling Quintet, KUG Stage Band, KUG Big Band, HGM Jazz Orchestra, Cook Composers Ensemble, Ed Partyka Tentet, HfMT Big Band, HfMT Film Music Orchestra, Ostatni Przystanek Postepu. etc.
